A school set up by Giuseppe Mazzini in 1841 for the impoverished Italian children of Victorian London 

Thursday 25 November: Ross King (Writer & Art historian)
“Michelangelo and the Pope’s Ceiling” –
The story of four extraordinary years that Michelangelo spent on the Sistine Chapel scaffolding and, outside, the upheaval of 16th century Rome.

of Western political thought of the Renaissance.
